Ok, I know how everyone sees those before and after pictures on advertisements for workout programs. They seem unrealistic right? I can tell you from experience that sometimes those results are completely achievable! I just finished a 30 day program of Core De Force. This program was so great and worked me from head to toe. I could have been better with my nutrition, but let's face it, it is the holiday season and I definitely plan to live this life to the fullest :) Sweets and all!
